Pulsar was appointed to provide transport advice for a residential scheme in South Norwood, London consisting of nine dwellings and seven parking spaces.
Pulsar worked alongside WAMM Architects and WSP’s Planning Team to provide design advice on the car/cycle parking layout and servicing arrangements, as well as supporting the planning application through the preparation of a Transport Statement.
The scheme has now been consented following a successful planning appeal.
Pulsar also provided transport advice on the adjacent site containing the Beehive Public House. That scheme involved the conversion of the pub into a convenience retail store with associated car and cycle parking. This scheme was approved by the London Borough of Croydon in 2020.
