Kamran is the Founding Director of Pulsar Transport Planning having started the Practice in 2018. He has 30 years’ of transport planning and highway engineering experience, mainly within the private sector but also in local government. Kamran has also worked in a transport consultancy in Vancouver, Canada.
Kamran provides strategic input and has an excellent track record in securing consents for his clients. In his spare time, he is also hoping to master his golf swing,

Clare Cobbold - Associate Director

Clare has over 21 years of industry experience in planning and transport. She has worked in development planning across all major sectors including residential, employment, retail and education working for numerous private and public sector clients.
Clare is a problem solver and is able to think outside the box to formulate innovative solutions to support client aspirations.

Adam Humphries - Principal Transport Planner
BEng (Hons), MCIHT
Adam has 7 years’ of transport planning experience in a wide variety of development planning projects allowing him to adeptly manage the transport elements of those projects and liaise with clients and highway authorities. Adam is able to articulate key issues and provide practical advice.
His only weakness is his unwavering support for Reading FC.

Amelia Goswell - Senior Transport Planner
BSc (Hons), MCIHT
Amelia has over 4 years’ of transport planning experience and is a key member of the Pulsar Team. She has been involved in numerous development planning schemes that have successfully obtained planning permission.
Amelia demonstrates a strong technical understanding of transport issues, whilst showcasing her project management skills. She is a keen writer of both transport reports and children's books; her first book, created in collaboration with a UCL Psychology research team is due to be published later in 2024.
