Pulsar was formed by Kamran Haider, a former Regional Director at Vectos with over 25 years' experience in the transport planning profession.

Kamran has worked in both the private and public sectors and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (FCIHT). He has also worked abroad in Vancouver, Canada for a highly respected transport planning consultancy.

Over the years, Kamran has worked on a wide range of projects covering a multitude of different sectors. This has involved schemes ranging from a handful of dwellings to new market towns consisting of up to 10,000 units, new business parks, student and PRS accommodation.  High profile clients that Kamran has worked with have included The Crown Estate, CEG, Henry Boot Developments Ltd, Sainsbury’s, Land Securities and a number of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
