Pulsar are acting on behalf of Shian Housing Association to support a planning application for six additional residential units within an existing estate in Shoreditch, London. The site currently comprises of 24 dwellings and is located in the London Borough of Hackney, close to Old Street Station.

The new residential units would be car-free in line with local and London Plan policy for sites in areas of high public transport accessibility.

As well as preparing a Transport Statement in support of the planning application, which was submitted in April 2019, Pulsar also provided design advice on cycle parking requirements for the proposed units and on the revised car parking layout for the existing estate.
