Pulsar was commissioned by L-L-O Apartments Ltd to prepare a Transport Statement in support of a prior approval application at Flaxman House, Chertsey for the conversion of an existing office to a residential development consisting of 33 dwellings with 33 off-street parking spaces.

The Local Planning Authority is Runnymede Borough Council, whilst the highway authority is Surrey County Council. The above scheme has been granted planning consent.
