Pulsar was commissioned by Tide Construction to provide highways advice and planning application support for a student accommodation scheme in Gants Hill, East London.

The site is located on Perth Road, approximately 100 metres from Gants Hill Underground Station on the Central Line, and is current occupied by a vacant public house building. The proposed development would consist of a ten storey building accommodating 321 student bedrooms. A planning application was submitted to the London Borough of Redbridge in June 2019.

As well as providing advice on the accessibility of the site, car parking, student move-in arrangements and servicing requirements, Pulsar prepared a suite of documents to support the planning application. These included a Transport Statement, Travel Plan, Delivery & Servicing Plan and an Outline Construction Management Plan.
