Pulsar is providing transport advice to Henry Boot Developments Ltd on the redevelopment of the Montagu Industrial Estate in the London Borough of Enfield (LBE). The site is in an area covered by the Edmonton Leeside Area Action Plan, which also includes the Meridian Water regeneration area.

The industrial estate currently consists of approximately 50 (dated) units and LBE has identified the site for a major upgrade to improve the outdated infrastructure and to provide new buildings to meet modern day standards and current business needs.

Pulsar is continuing to provide advice on the full masterplan for the site but has more recently prepared the Transport Statement and Travel Plan for a planning application for Phase 1 of the proposed development. This phase consists of c.5,000 sqm of flexible B1/B2/B8 floorspace across nine units.. The planning application was submitted in August 2019.

As well as reviewing site access options, Pulsar has advised on cycle and car parking requirements as well as servicing arrangements.
