Pulsar provided transport advice to Farrans Construction in support of a planning application for a replacement school building at Charlton Park Academy in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, London. Charlton Park Academy caters for students with special educational needs.

The key benefits of the scheme include the demolition of a dated and not-fit-for-purpose education building and an important upgrade in the provision of a much-needed Special Education Needs and Disability facility with modern facilities.

Pulsar provided design advice on the transport aspects of the internal layout and also prepared a Technical Transport Note and a Construction Logistics Plan as part of the planning application submission. The scheme was approved at Planning Committee in June 2019.
