Pulsar provided transport advice to the Guildford College Group to promote their Liddington Hall Farm site in the north west side of Guildford for residential development. This included support and representation at the Guildford Borough Council draft Local Plan Examination in Public.

It was estimated that the site could potentially accommodate up to 600 residential units without the need for extensive transport infrastructure, i.e. without Highways England improvements of the A3 or new rail infrastructure.
