Pulsar is delighted that the Carlton Court scheme for 24 residential units in Beckenham was recently approved by the London Borough of Bromley (LBB) subject to a Section 106 Agreement.
Pulsar provided transport advice and prepared a Transport Statement in support of a planning application on behalf of Acorn Planning Management to convert a site containing six flats and garages close to Beckenham town centre.
This involved extensive liaison with highways officers at LBB and support to bhd architects on the design of the parking and servicing arrangements . Pulsar also provided a robust justification on the proposed parking provision (0.5 spaces per dwelling) by reviewing current car ownership levels in the area and undertaking an on-street parking assessment.
