Pulsar is delighted to be assisting Sutton Housing Society with their ambitious rooftop extensions for five of their older people homes across the London Borough of Sutton. The planning applications (being submitted all at once) will help the organisation grow by 16% and create their own grant funded development pipeline. These include sites in Sutton, Worcester Park and Wallington.

Sutton Housing Society aims to provide good quality affordable rented housing for people in housing need and who live in or are connected with the London Borough of Sutton. The Society owns 485 properties of which 369 are for older people.

All five of the schemes involve a significant increase in the number of homes within the schemes, as well as improvements to on-site facilities including larger communal lounges.

Pulsar has provided advice on the transport /parking strategy for each site and has prepared transport statements to support the planning applications.
