Pulsar assisted Parkdale Investments Ltd with obtaining consent for the redevelopment of an old industrial estate adjacent to the A10 in the London Borough of Enfield (LBE). The new development will provide c.100,000sqft of high quality commercial accommodation to meet modern business needs.
The site is on Progress Way, which is directly accessed from the Great Cambridge Road (A10), which in turn connects the M25 to the North Circular Road (A406). The site is approximately 1.8km north of Edmonton Town Centre and 1.7km south-east of Enfield Town Centre.
Pulsar were involved in the scheme from an early stage providing design advice on the proposed layout including site access design, car/cycle parking advice and swept path analysis (particularly for the servicing and delivery arrangements). Our initial input also included scoping discussions with both LBE and Transport for London.
To support the planning application, Pulsar prepared a Transport Statement, Framework Travel Plan, Delivery & Servicing Plan and Construction Traffic Management Plan. Further advice was provided following the planning submission.
