Greyhound Lane, Streatham

Pulsar has assisted Grove Property with a planning application for a mixed-use scheme on Greyhound Lane in Streatham. The scheme involves the conversion of existing HMO accommodation into 14 residential units and the amalgamation of three existing commercial units at ground floor level into two units, including a Sainsbury’s Local store.

Pulsar were involved from an early stage with the provision of design advice relating to servicing and cycle parking arrangements, as well as input during the pre-application process. To support the planning application, Pulsar prepared a Transport Statement, Travel Plan, Construction Logistics Plan and Delivery & Servicing Plan, and assisted the client during Section 106 Agreement discussions.

The scheme has obtained planning consent and is currently under construction. Pulsar has recently been assisting with ensuring that the relevant Traffic Management Orders are in place for the opening of the development.
