Pulsar provided transport advice to Walhill Ltd for a new hotel and refurbished retail unit in the highly accessible East Ham Town Centre. The proposed development will comprise 980 sqm of A1 retail floorspace at ground floor level and a hotel with 117 rooms above.

The planning application for a car free development was supported by a Transport Statement and Travel Plan prepared by Pulsar as well as a strategy for servicing of the proposed development.

The scheme has been approved at the London Borough of Newham’s Planning Committee.
