Our client Barnet Homes has been successful in obtaining planning committee approval for an infill scheme of 15 residential units. The site is located off Coppetts Road, north of Muswell Hill Town Centre in a predominantly residential area.
All the dwellings will be affordable social rented units consisting of a mixture of nine maisonettes / flats and six terraced houses.
Pulsar has liaised closely with the project team and client by providing advice on transport related items such as the site access, parking and servicing / emergency vehicle arrangements for the scheme. To support the planning application, Pulsar prepared a Transport Statement following pre-application discussions with highways officers at the London Borough of Barnet. The Transport Statement was supported by a Lambeth Methodology Parking Survey and the site layout was designed following a swept path analysis exercise.
The scheme was approved at the London Borough of Barnet Planning Committee in June 2022.
