Collins House, Gerrards Cross

Pulsar is delighted to have provided transport planning advice to Life Less Ordinary on their proposed residential scheme in Gerrard Cross, Buckinghamshire which was granted planning consent in September 2022.  The scheme involves the conversion and extension of Collins House on Station Road in the town centre, to provide a total of 36 luxury one and two bedroom dwellings. 

The site is in a highly accessible location, close to Gerrards Cross railway station and various bus services, as well as a plethora of shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and other facilities.

Pulsar has provided transport advice on various scheme layouts for this site over the last 18 months and prepared Transport Statements to support the various applications.
