We are excited to welcome Clare Cobbold to the growing Pulsar team. Clare joins as a highly experienced Associate Director with over 21 years in the planning industry and over 17 years in Transport Planning and Highway Engineering.

Clare has a wealth of experience providing astute and practical advice to public and private sector clients. This has involved a wide range of projects across the residential, employment, education and retail sectors. We are looking forward to Clare assisting us with our increasing workload and helping us to expand the business.

Away from providing excellent transport advice in her professional life, Clare spends her spare time baking and enjoys long walks with the family.
