Harrow Wealdstone Success

Pulsar have been providing transport planning advice for a residential development in the Harrow and Wealdstone Opportunity Area, which has recently secured a resolution to grant planning permission. The scheme will deliver 39 build-to-rent units, provision of flexible workspace as well as visual improvements of a key building within Wealdstone District Centre. The application, comprising a change of use and three additional storeys along with other permissions we have assisted on the site, including the conversion of redundant office space to 73 units, will result in a development providing 112 build-to-rent units.

The scheme will be car-free (except for wheelchair accessible spaces) in keeping with the high public transport accessibility of the site and will incorporate cycle parking to London Plan standards. Pulsar prepared a Transport Statement and Travel Plan following pre-application discussions with the London Borough of Harrow, whilst working closely with JMS Planning & Development Ltd and ColladoCollins Architects on the scheme.
