East Dulwich Road, Southwark

We are delighted that Lanbury London’s scheme in the London Borough of Southwark for 17 residential units on East Dulwich Road obtained planning approval in early January 2022.

The scheme involves the partial demolition of an existing residential block and construction of various extensions. These will result in the upgrading / reconfiguration of eight flats and provision of nine additional residential units.

The site is located in a sustainable location; well served by public transport. As such, it is a car-free scheme and also incorporates cycle parking to London Plan standards catering for all 17 dwellings.

Pulsar worked closely with the client and project team, providing transport advice for the pre-application phase. We subsequently prepared a Transport Statement and Construction Management Plan to support the planning application.
